After an update is released for an Adobe web application, such as Acrobat.com or Photoshop Express, the application has unexpected behavior or returns errors.
Periodically, Adobe releases updates to its web applications. If the version of the application stored in your browser cache is out of sync with the Adobe servers, errors or unexpected behavior can occur.
Clearing your browser's cache makes your system sync with the Acrobat.com servers upon the next visit.
To Clear your browser's cache:
- Safari (Mac OS)
- Firefox (Mac OS and Windows)
- Internet Explorer 7
- Internet Explorer 6
Note: Make sure that you close all browser windows.
