Users can change your Adobe Connect password using Forget Password link on the login page:
- If the user can't get their password reset, or is having some issues with it, they should contact the designated Adobe Connect Administrator of their account.
- If the designated Connect administrator can't reset the password from their end or experiences any issues, then they can contact Adobe Support.
- Adobe Support is not authorized with permissions to access any account or help in changing a user’s password unless an administrator of the account contacts us.
