AICC courses published as HTML5 don't launch on Moodle

Adobe Captivate projects do not launch on Moodle 2.2.1 when they are published as HTML5 (zip) with reporting set to AICC.

Instruct your users to change the document mode in the Internet Explorer settings:

In Internet Explorer, press F12.
Click Document Mode:<current mode> in the top menu.
Choose IE9 Standards from the menu.

You can launch Adobe Captivate courses on Internet Explorer only if the document mode in the browser settings is set to IE9 standards.

Moodle 2.2.1 forces the document mode to change to Quirks mode, which Adobe Captivate doesn't support. Therefore, Adobe Captivate courses do not launch on Moodle.
