HTML5 output files require that the document mode in Internet Explorer is set to IE9 Standards. SumTotal does not support the IE9 Standards document mode. Therefore, the course cannot be uploaded.
Courses published and uploaded as SWF files launch as expected from SumTotal. The SWF files do not need IE9 Standards document mode and can run in IE9 Quirks mode, which SumTotal supports.
