IIS Compression is known to cause problems with cfhttp, cfschedule and cfinvoke. If a webservice is hosted on an IIS web server, another IIS compression issue may be seen. When invoking the webservice an error similar to, "Unable to read WSDL from URL: http://host/webservice Error: java.util.zip.ZipException: unknown compression method" is seen. The attached issue resolves these IIS compression issues with ColdFusion MX 7.02.
The ColdFusion MX 7.02 hot fix JAR file does not need to be retained after installing it with the ColdFusion Administrator. The file has been copied into the correct location.
