When you attempt to install Adobe Creative Suite 3, you see the error message, "The Installer Database is corrupt. Please Contact Adobe Customer Service if this problem continues."

Attempt to uninstall any Adobe Creative Suite 3 products that are on the machine using the uninstaller
- On Windows XP:
- Click Start > Control Panel and double click Add or Remove Program.
- Select the Adobe Creative Suite 3 product and click Remove.
- Follow the on screen instructions.
- On Windows Vista:
- Click Start > Control Panel and double click Programs and Features.
- Select the Adobe Creative Suite 3 product and click Uninstall.
- On Mac OS:
- Run the Adobe Creative Suite 3 product uninstaller located in /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Utilities.
- Follow the on screen instructions.
- On Windows XP:
- For Windows, contact Adobe Technical Support for assistance with manually removing Adobe Creative Suite.
