TLP or CLP customers who order Adobe Creative Suite 5 Production Premium and/or Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection receive multiple serial numbers for each product. This document helps identify the correct serial number for each product, as well as serial numbers for Color Finesse and the 32-bit video support package for CS5 Production Premium and CS5 Master Collection.
There are three ways to locate TLP and CLP serial numbers on the Adobe licensing website:
Production Premium CS5 and Master Collection CS5 purchases include two serial numbers for Color Finesse. These serial numbers can be found under product name After Effects and begin with “CFL”.
- Color Finesse serial numbers that come with CS5 are available in LWS as After Effects 10.0
- Color Finesse serial numbers that come with CS4 are available in LWS as After Effects 9.0.
The Windows versions of Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 and After Effects CS5 require a 64-bit edtion of Windows Vista or Windows 7. These applications will install and run only on computers that use these operating systems. Mac OS users are not affected by this requirement.
To support users with 32-bit Windows operating systems, Adobe includes a support package for CS5 Production Premium and CS5 Master Collection that includes 32-bit versions of Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and After Effects CS4.
The serial number for the 32-bit support package is labeled "Production Premium CS4." You can differentiate a Production Premium CS4 serial number from a 32-bit Premiere Pro/After Effects CS4 serial number by looking at the SKU description of your product.
The license certificate and the purchase history report include the SKU description. The Retrieve Serial Number report does not.
