The video on Adobe eLearning Suite 2.0 workflows doesn't launch after you install eLearning Suite 2.5 or Design Standard CS5.5.
Delete the publisherid file in the following location to make the video independent of the Adobe AIR runtime version:
- Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe eLearning Suite 2 Workflows\en_US\META-INF\AIR
- Mac: Library\Application Support\Adobe\Adobe eLearningSuite2 WorkFlows\en_US\Main.app\Contents\Resources\META-INF\AIR
This issue is an AIR runtime error. When you install eLearning Suite 2.5 or Design Standard CS5.5, AIR runtime is updated from version 1.5.3 to 2.5.1. The video on eLearning Suite 2.0 workflows stops working when the runtime is updated.
