Multiple users are able to check out and edit InCopy files at same time when working in a mixed Windows/Macintosh environment. 
In InCopy CS5, CS4-created assignments fail to Package > Return for InDesign with error "The package operation failed" *
German & Swedish Mac OS only: Hitting Return key while editing text inserts a column break. 
Mac OS 10.6 only: System font Helvetica Neue.ttc styles conflict with the PostScript version of Helvetica Neue styles. 
Type1 fonts do not get recognized in the Document Fonts folder. 
Removal of a char attribute override that aligns with a hyperlink marker fails when saving ICML, leaving the override in place. *
InDesign-created SWFs do not scale properly when placed and exported to an Interactive PDF. 
Notes in tables do not make it into an PDF exported from Layout view *
