If you are installing Service Pack 1 for your LiveCycle ES Update 1 (version 8.2.1) turnkey environment that includes Content Services ES, you must make sure that the lccs_data directory you entered while running LiveCycle Configuration Manager is the same directory that was configured during the original LiveCycle ES install process. By default, this directory is created here: C:\Adobe\LiveCycle8.2.
