In LiveCycle Designer ES2, you create an action or write a script in the Enter event box to change the background or foreground color of a field. If the form is opened in Adobe Reader 7.1.3 or Acrobat 7.1.3, the action or script does not execute until you exit the field instead of when you enter the field.
