Issue

Some font names appear more than once in your font menu in Adobe Photoshop CS6.

Solution

Reset your preferences when you launch Photoshop by doing the following:

Immediately after starting Photoshop, press the Shift + Alt + Cmd keys until you are asked if you want to delete your preferences.
