Crash | Features don't work

Photoshop becomes unstable, or various other problems occur, including:

When you open Photoshop, it crashes immediately.
Some features close before you can use them.
Photoshop crashes while you are painting, using Blur filters, or using other features.
Photoshop slows considerably.

Download and install the beta version of the AMD Catalyst 12.6 Beta Driver.

If you updated the AMD ATI Radeon Catalyst Display Driver to version 12.4, revert to version 12.3.

Version 12.4 of Catalyst Display Driver from AMD can cause problems with Photoshop. AMD is working on this issue. Use Window's Control Panel to uninstall Catalyst 12.4. Then install Catalyst 12.3 from the following links:
