At design time, some radio buttons in a group are set to read-only. This means that the user cannot use them, but their value may be changed as a result of a calculation or through a script.

When the form is rendered as a static form, all radio buttons in the group are in read-only state. When the form is rendered as a dynamic form, radio buttons appear as designed.

Different methods are used when rendering static and dynamic forms. In static forms, all radio buttons are children of the radio button group field. Because read-only state is a property of the field, all of its children inherit this state.

This is a known limitation. No workaround is available.
