1. Register your product first if you haven't already.
2. Follow the instructions for the special upgrade offer.

• To upgrade one single app membership to a Creative Cloud membership, see Change to an annual membership or a Creative Cloud membership.

If you upgrade to a Creative Cloud annual membership, you don't incur a cancellation charge on your existing membership. Upon upgrading, you receive a refund for the unused duration of existing memberships.

See these instructions for converting your trial to a paid membership.

1. Go to www.creativecloud.com/redeem.
2. Sign in with your Adobe ID. Create one if you don’t have one.
3. Follow the steps to redeem your membership, entering your redemption code from the Creative Cloud packaging.
4. Click Get Started to go to the Apps and Services page to download and install your software and access all your services.

If you entered a birth date that doesn't meet the age requirements, wait 24 hours and then you can enter a new birth date. Or, ask the Team administrator to cancel the invitation and create a new one.

If you have a CS3 or later product, you qualify for upgrade pricing for the first year of your membership.

1. Go to your My Adobe account and register the previous product.
2. When you sign in to purchase your Creative Cloud membership, use the same Adobe ID that you used to register your CS3 or later product.
3. Follow the instructions for the special upgrade offer.

If you have multiple Adobe IDs, contact us to consolidate your accounts. Then try to upgrade again. If you already paid the full price, contact us to change your price plan.

These transactions help confirm that the credit card used is valid and not reported as lost or stolen. The transaction isn't actually charged to your account, and once it's verified by your credit card company, it's removed.

Annual members Memberships cancelled within the first 30 days after purchase are fully refunded. If you cancel an annual membership before it ends, your membership reverts to a free membership and you're billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. In this case, contact us for assistance.

Month-to-month members You can continue to use the membership until the end of the monthly cycle. You can restart a month-to-month membership anytime within 180 days of cancelling it.

• Renew your membership for another year: To renew for another year, you do not need to do anything. Your account is set to auto-renew so that you don't experience any interruption in access to your product or services.
• Restart a canceled month-to-month membership: To restart your membership, sign in to Creative Cloud and click My Account from the menu at the top right. Or, you can purchase a new membership. If you need help, contact us.
  
• Restart a canceled annual membership: You can’t restart an annual single app or a full Creative Cloud membership. Instead, purchase a new membership.
