Can I prepay for my Creative Cloud membership
Yes. You can prepay for one year for a Creative Cloud complete individual membership or a student /teacher edition membership by purchasing on Adobe.com. You get the same price as purchasing an annual plan directly from Adobe, but you pay up front instead of monthly. Your credit card is automatically charged on the one-year anniversary each year for the following year. You cannot prepay for a Creative Cloud for Teams membership.
If you have multiple Adobe IDs, contact us to consolidate your accounts - go to the contact us page and then click the "Still need help? Contact us." button.
Then try to upgrade again. If you already paid the full price, contact us to change your price plan - go to the contact us page and then click the "Still need help? Contact us." button.
You may be asked to sign in. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
Adobe charged $1 to your credit card. Why?
These transactions help confirm that the credit card used is valid and not reported as lost or stolen. The transaction isn't charged to your account, and once your credit card company verifies it, it's removed.
How do I remove my credit card information from an Adobe account?
If Adobe has another promo running at the time your promo membership expires, you can reorder at the current promo price (for Student & Teacher edition pricing, you still need to qualify for a ST&E membership).
Edit your preferences, profile, payment information, and Adobe ID.
See your Creative Cloud membership and its status.
Track your orders and see your order status.
See your registered products, along with their serial numbers and dates of purchase–or register new products.
See your support cases and support programs.
Cancel your individual membership and reenroll to Creative Cloud for teams
If you have an individual Creative Cloud membership, you can cancel your individual membership with no penalty and reenroll as part of your company's team membership. For more information, see Cancel and reenroll to Creative Cloud for teams.
Change the Primary Admin on a Creative Cloud for teams membership
Currently you cannot change the primary admin on a CCT membership purchased directly from Adobe. As a workaround, follow the steps below.
Note: VIP program customers who purchased Creative Cloud for teams from a reseller should contact support http://www.adobe.com/getsupport to initiate the change in primary admin.
Cancel the existing team membership: You can cancel the membership without any penalty. The accounts for team members change to trial mode. Members can still access their saved data in the cloud storage.
Buy a new team membership; use the Adobe ID for the new primary admin.
Reinvite team members using the new primary admin account.
The team members have to accept the invitation and log in to the Creative Cloud Desktop app again. Their apps are activated under the new team account.
If your CCT account is under PROMO pricing, the new CCT order may not get the same pricing if that promo is unavailable. Continue with the current account until Adobe develops a solution for you.
If you cancel or downgrade your paid membership, you can still access the files in the Creative Cloud folder on your computer and via the Creative Cloud website. Your account will be downgraded to a free membership, which includes 2 GB of storage. If you're using more than 2 GB of storage, you can't sync files until the file storage in your account drops below your allotted size. If you are over your allotted size, you have 90 days to reduce your online usage. If you don't, you could lose access to some or all of your files through the Creative Cloud website.
