If you purchased an older version of an Adobe product, and you no longer have the installation media, you can download replacement installers.
Make sure that you have your serial number to complete the installation. For help, see Find a serial number.
Replacement CDs and DVDs aren't available for older versions of Adobe products.
Replacement CDs or DVDs for current version single-user Adobe products are available only directly from Adobe. Replacement pricing and availability varies. To place an order, contact Adobe Customer Service.

Before you contact Adobe, be ready with the following items:
- The original product serial number (sometimes, Adobe also asks you to provide an upgrade proof of purchase)
- A street address (Adobe is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes)
- Your daytime phone number
Check your product CD for the Documentation folder, which contains PDF files of the manuals. Or visit the Adobe Support page and select your product. Online versions of the Help are available on the product Help and Support pages.
Printed user guides for most but not all products are available for purchase from Adobe Customer Service.
In the product Help menu, select "(Product) Documentation Resources Page." On this HTML page are links to download PDF versions of product documentation, plus additional documentation and training resources. The URL to access this page is also printed on your CD sleeve.
