Issue: Acrobat or Acrobat Reader crashes on the first launch on computers using Nvidia drivers on Windows
To resolve, try the solutions in the order they appear below:
Solution 1: Update the Nvidia drivers

Click Check for updates. Install the updates.
After installing the updates, launch Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.
Solution 2: Accept the EULA manually

Go to the following location, and click the EULA.exe file:
- Path for Acrobat: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat\Acrobat\
- Path for Acrobat Reader: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\Reader\
Note: The product folder's name in the path (Acrobat or Acrobat Reader) depends on the product's version installed on your computer.

Accept the EULA, and then launch Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.
Additional information
There is an incompatibility between the product and old versions of certain Nvidia drivers. The issue is only a problem for users with Nvidia hardware that uses an older version of the nvdxgiwrap.dll.
