Adobe Acrobat Pro pricing changes for Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) customers

Find information about Adobe Acrobat Pro price changes for Teams and Enterprise (VIP) subscription plans. 

Starting August 8, 2022, Adobe announced a price increase of Acrobat Pro for Teams and Enterprise plans (VIP). This price change will affect add-on purchases and renewals for Existing VIP Commercial and Government Customers and for all VIP MP Customers with a VIP Anniversary Date on or after:

  • July 1, 2023, for Commercial Existing Customers*
  • September 1, 2023, for Government Existing Customers*
  • September 1, 2023, for all VIP Marketplace Customers

*Existing Customers means customers with active Acrobat Pro subscription licenses through VIP, VIP Marketplace, or an active VIP 3-year commit agreement as of August 8, 2022. For clarity, having an Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps subscription does not qualify as having an Acrobat Pro subscription.

Note:
  • Adobe VIP members with a 3-year commit term will continue with their current pricing, including adding new seats, until their 3-year commit period ends. See the VIP Program Guide for details.
  • For VIP customers who have purchased via a reseller, your reseller sets your price; contact your Adobe Authorized Reseller for more information.
  • There will be no Acrobat Pro price changes for Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) customers. Contact your Adobe account representative if you have any questions.

Acrobat Pro admins can visit the Adobe Admin Console to view and manage their subscription details.

This is a worldwide price change.

I have Acrobat Pro as part of the Creative Cloud All Apps plan. Will there be an impact on my price?  

There will be no price increase to your Creative Cloud All Apps plan as a result of the price update to Acrobat Pro. 

Why is the price increasing?

Adobe Acrobat Pro has improved significantly over the last few years with the addition of many new features, including:

  • Liquid mode, which automatically reformats text, images, and tables for quick navigation and consumption on small screens.
  • Integrations with Google Suite and Microsoft that enable customers to collaborate and make changes to PDFs directly from Microsoft Teams.
  • Expansion to new surfaces that allow customers to access our PDF tools on the web and mobile.
  • New e-signature features that streamline workflows and eliminate the need for in-person and “wet” signatures that can slow business down.
