Known Issues

 New in this Release

IMPORTANT NOTE:  In this update, permissions to read Email attachments or Gmail are removed. These permissions were added in the previous update due to a known limitation with Android v 2.3 and above. This limitation prevents Adobe Reader from opening PDF attachments in Email/Gmail seamlessly unless the app has these permissions. Based on the response received so far, these permissions are now removed from the app. However, in some cases users on devices with Android v 2.3 & above will now need to select PDF attachments twice in order to open in Adobe Reader.

  • Support for Android v 3.0
  • Improvements in File Browser Performance
  • New Menu item to access Adobe CreatePDF on Android Market
