Adobe Connect is transitioning all online purchased accounts to a new billing system
Beginning on December 1, 2015, Adobe Connect accounts purchased online will migrate to a new billing system. The new Adobe Connect billing system is powered by Digital River.
What this means for you:
- After December 1, 2015, when your account comes up for renewal, you will be asked to reenter your credit card information into the new billing system in order to renew your Adobe Connect account.
Discontinuation of monthly, cancel-at-any-time option:
- If you are currently on a monthly account, your purchasing options will change. All plans will be annual plans. However you can still pay monthly if you desire. Additionally, your monthly payment will be reduced from $55/month to $49/month for an annual plan paid monthly.
You will receive a renewal notification with instructions on how to renew your account and enter your billing information.
