In Adobe Connect 9, a Seminar Host receives a "Not Authorized" error when they access the Seminar Information tab. This error occurs if a Seminar they did not explicitly create is set with either of the following access permissions:

  • "Only registered users may enter the room."
  • "Anyone who has the URL for the meeting can enter the room."

This issue only occurs if the Seminar Host does not have any administrative privileges (for example, the Administrator or Limited Administrator role).

Adobe is planning to address this issue in a future release.
