Attachment is missing for a form sumitted through forms portal. (Ref# CQ-81801)
For an Adaptive form with drop-down added inside a repeatable panel, the value selected in a drop-down is cleared on adding a new instance when JCR property guideNodeClass:guideDropDownList is enabled. (Ref# CQ-83687)
AEM Forms show radio button name included with tooltip. (Ref# NPR-10459)
Textbox ignores all border settings, if it is missing a top border while rendering as HTML. (Ref# NPR-10240)
Provide RetainPDFFormState implementation in AEM Output service. (Ref# CQ-83380)

Go to AEM package manager and login with administrator credentials. The default username/password is admin/admin.
Click Upload package and upload the adobe-aemfd-[OS]-pkg-2.4.74.zip package.
CQ-83380 requires aemfd-client-sdk-2.4.74.jar.
Select the uploaded package and click Update.
Restart the server after installing the quick fix.
