Prerequisites to see Acquisition tab in Adobe Mobile Services

  • Check with your Account Manager if you are provisioned to use Acquisition in Mobile Services.
  • Ensure that "Latest App Reports" is enabled for the report suite. Navigate to Admin -> Report Suites -> select the report suite -> Edit Settings -> Mobile Management -> Mobile Application Reporting. Check if the app reports are enabled.
  • Enable SDK Acquisition Options: Tracking must be enabled in the SDK configuration before links can be tracked and reported on. It can be checked from the Manage App Settings page in Adobe Mobile Services.
