Issue

Using the AEM Configuration Manager with CLI, the configureApplicationServer step will fail with the following exception:

This issue affects the AEM 6.1 Forms FP1 J2EE installer for both IBM WebSphere and Oracle WebLogic.

Solution

This issue has been fixed from AEM 6.2 Forms J2EE with an updated "adobe-lcm.jar" file. This fix is available from Adobe Support by referencing Bug CQ-61905.
