Making the best use of browser-based grammar and spellcheck support in Correspondence Management

While working with text assets in Correspondence Management, you can use the browser’s built-in spelling checker. While browsers have built-in support for checking spelling, Internet Explorer has out-of-the-box support for checking grammar as well. You can enhance the browser functionality for checking spelling and grammar using the add-ons/extensions available for your browser.

In Correspondence Management, the spelling and grammar support works for the text editing operations in Manage Assets and Create Correspondence Interfaces.

When you finish typing a word, if there is a spelling error, the browser highlights the wrongly spelled word with red squiggly underline. In most browsers, you can right-click the misspelled word and proceed with correcting it using the options in the pop-up menu.

Non-English languages spelling and grammar check

To use the spelling and grammar support in non-English languages, you can install plug-ins\add-ons or change the default language of the Operating System to appropriate language.
