  2. Click Check for updates. Install the updates.

    Update Windows

After installing the updates, launch Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.

  1. Go to the following location, and click the EULA.exe file:

    • Path for Acrobat DC: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\
    • Path for Acrobat Reader DC: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\

    Note:
The product folder's name in the path
(Acrobat DC or Acrobat Reader DC) depends on the product's version installed on your computer.
  2. Accept the EULA, and then launch Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.

Additional information

There is an incompatibility between the product and old versions of certain Nvidia drivers. The issue is only a problem for users with Nvidia hardware that uses an older version of the nvdxgiwrap.dll.
