To check if files are being imported from Data Connectors email partners.

Environment

  • Adobe Analytics
  • Data Connectors (Genesis)

Steps

  1. Login to the company.
  2. Go to Admin > Data Connectors.
  3. Select the correct integration from the top slide rail.
  4. Go to Support > Data In.
  5. The log files are generated as the files get placed.

Remember that, even incorrect files have a log. Absence of logs indicate that either the files are not being sent or sent to the wrong location.
