Over the past year, Adobe Firefly generative AI has transformed how businesses create and produce content. That’s why we’re excited to announce that Creative Cloud for enterprise Edition 4, with new generative AI capabilities, is coming to VIP and VIP Marketplace in Commercial and Government segments and in all geos (except China) on June 4, 2024.

Edition 4 represents the latest updates for Creative Cloud, with new Firefly innovations that will enable businesses to generate ideas and create amazing, on-brand content at unprecedented speed and magnitude. Along with this new functionality, we are rebranding our creative enterprise offerings, so they can scale as we continue to add value.

In addition, there will be other updates to the Creative Cloud for enterprise VIP and VIP Marketplace portfolio. Below is a summary of the changes that will take effect between June 4 – August 1, 2024.

  1. Creative Cloud for enterprise Pro Edition (Pro Edition) becomes Creative Cloud for enterprise Edition 4 (Edition 4)– Edition 4 is the new lead offer for VIP and VIP Marketplace business customers. Edition 4 has everything customers love in Pro Edition and is significantly enhanced with integrated generative AI to supercharge creativity and productivity like never before. Learn more.

    What’s included in Edition 4?

    • 20+ world-class creative apps including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
    • Unlimited downloads of 375M+ Adobe Stock standard assets, inside creative apps.
    • Popular Firefly features like Generative Fill and Generative Expand embedded in creative apps.
    • NEW: The latest Firefly features like Object Composites and Style Kits, which enable organizations to scale brand-specific content, and are only available through Edition 4.
    • NEW: IP indemnification for content generated by select Firefly workflows (USD $10K/output, terms apply), so businesses can create with confidence.
    • NEW: More monthly Firefly generative credits per user per month (new: 700 Single App, 1,500 All Apps) to ideate and create more content in less time with generative AI.

    On June 4, 2024 all Enterprise Pro Edition VIP and VIP Marketplace offers will be updated and rebranded Edition 4. All VIP and VIP Marketplace customers on an enterprise Pro Edition offer will have immediate access to the additional benefits of Edition 4 starting on June 4, 2024.

    Going forward, Edition 4 is the lead creative offer for VIP and VIP Marketplace business customers.
     

  2. Creative Cloud for enterprise becomes Creative Cloud for enterprise Edition 3 (Edition 3). Edition 3 will have fewer monthly Firefly generative credits per user per month (new: 25 Single App, 25 All Apps).

    Edition 3 will be available in VIP starting June 4, 2024 and in VIP Marketplace starting August 1, 2024. VIP and VIP Marketplace customers on Creative Cloud for enterprise will experience no change to their existing Creative Cloud for enterprise licenses on these dates, but at their next renewal must initiate a new licensing motion to Edition 4 (or Edition 3 as an alternate).

    Note:

    Edition 3 and Edition 4 cannot be on the same Admin Console; customers may license one or the other.

    On June 4, 2024 all Pro Edition VIP and VIP Marketplace offers will be updated and rebranded Edition 4. All VIP and VIP Marketplace customers on a Pro Edition offer will have immediate access to the additional benefits of Edition 4 (listed in #1 above) starting on June 4, 2024.

     

  • Are there pricing changes?

    Yes. Edition 4 will have a slight price increase, and Edition 3 will have a slight price decrease. Contact your Adobe account representative or Adobe Reseller for more information.

     

  • Why is the price of Edition 4 increasing?

  • How does the Edition 4 price change impact VIP Members?

    Adobe VIP Members will begin to see price changes for renewals and add-on licenses on or after June 4, 2024.

    Adobe VIP Marketplace Members will begin to see price changes for renewals and add-on licenses on or after August 1, 2024.

    However, VIP and VIP Marketplace Members with an existing 3-year commit will continue with their current pricing until the end of their commit period. See the VIP Program Guide for details about 3-year commit.

  • How will I know if the price of my Creative Cloud for enterprise Pro plan will change?

    All Creative Cloud for enterprise Pro plans (excluding China) will receive the pricing change.

    VIP Marketplace Members with auto-renewal ON will receive a 30-day notice from Adobe about the Creative product price increase. If you have not received this email or a notice from your Adobe account representative or reseller about the price changes, visit the Admin Console. There, you can check your renewal date, confirm whether your plan type is included in these price changes, and verify that the contract owner is set to receive communications.

    VIP Members and VIP Marketplace Members can contact their Adobe account representative or Adobe Reseller for more information.
     

  • Can I have Edition 3 and Edition 4 on my Admin Console?

    Like Creative Cloud for enterprise and Creative Cloud enterprise Pro Edition, Edition 3 and Edition 4 cannot be on the same Admin Console. Customers must choose one product or the other.
