Avoid crx-quickstart deletion in AEM 6.5

Issue

Clearing the HtmlLibraryManager cache via  can delete all the content of crx-quickstart during cache invalidation. 

Impact

The impact is critical as this could delete the full instance.

Solution

The issue has been solved and will be part of AEM 6.5.1 that is planed to be released on June 27th.

In the meantime, after installing AEM 6.5, updating the bundle com.adobe.granite.ui.clientlibs to the version 1.0.92 will avoid this issue.
