JSP updates no longer take effect after applying CFP12

A regression bug was included in CFP12 which breaks jsp compilation.

Resolution

An official fix would be included in a future CFP.  In the meantime, two workarounds are available.

Workaround 1:

1. Go to http://host:port/system/console/bundles/org.apache.sling.scripting.jsp and log in as admin.
2. Restart the bundle.

Workaround 2:

1. Go to http://host:port/crx/packmgr/index.jsp and log in as admin.
2. Upload and install the attached package CFP12-fix-revert-NPR-20149-1.0.zip.
3. Now updates to JSP files are picked up.
