Can't sign in products | CSXS Infrastructure STI 3.0.3 patch
Issue: Sign-in fails in the Extensions panel after you apply CSXS Infrastructure STI 3.0.3 patch and the products were installed using DVD media.
Solution 1: Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app and let it update automatically.
The Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app updates automatically during launch to ensure you are running the most current version. Perform one of the following steps to update it manually:
- Windows: Choose Start > All Programs > Creative Cloud.
- Mac OS: Double-click Hard Drive > Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud.
Solution 2: Download the current version of the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Open the Creative Cloud desktop app download page and follow the onscreen instructions.
