What you'll need
Launch Premiere Clip and swipe to My Projects. After you tap the + sign to start a new project, select the source for your media.

On the next screen, specify Freeform mode. (Learn more about using Automatic mode.)
Note: The screenshots in this tutorial show Premiere Clip on an iPhone. The user interface may vary between iPhone, iPad, and Android phones.
To slow down a video clip, select the clip you’d like to change and tap the turtle icon at the bottom.
Drag the slider till you’re happy with the selected playback speed. When you’re finished, press Done.
Color presets (“Looks”) can help you adjust the color of your video. Tap the gear icon at the top and then tap Look.
Experiment with the available color selections. Return to the Project Settings panel and then tap Done.
Tap the music icon at the top. Browse through your playlist or choose a royalty-free Premiere Clip theme. After you’ve chosen a soundtrack you like, tap Add.
Make further adjustments on the Soundtrack panel — like adjusting the volume, dragging the waveform to determine exactly where your soundtrack starts, or tapping Sync to Music to sync your video to the beat of the music.
Preview the video before you tap Done.
To share your video — say, on YouTube — tap the share icon at the top and then choose Share on YouTube.
Once you’ve signed in to your account and chosen your privacy settings (Public, Private, or Unlisted), tap Publish and you’re good to go.
