You can't sign in to your Adobe account with Facebook, Google, or Apple, or don't have access to your social account anymore.
When prompted for your Adobe ID, enter the email address associated with your social account. Then, choose Next and follow the onscreen instructions to change your password.
Apple ID user?
Sometimes you only see a dummy email address while signing in to different services using Apple. To get your actual Apple ID email address, go to Apple settings on your iPhone/iPad.
You get this error if you had chosen to sign in to your Adobe account with Facebook, and then selected Cancel instead of Continue as <your name> (shown in the picture below on the right).
On the sign-in page, click Continue with Facebook, enter your Facebook credentials, and select Continue as <your name>.
You get this message if you have turned off the setting in Facebook which stops Facebook from interacting with other apps.
Navigate to the Adobe Account page. Choose your social (Facebook, Google, or Apple) account to sign in.
