How do I set up Image Authoring (IA) to connect to Scene7 Publishing System (SPS)/IPS?

Solution

For IA 3.8 and newer versions, where the interface is using web services, the first entry is as follows:

Server name/address: s7sps1api.scene7.com for NA / s7sps3api.scene7.com for EMEA

Choose Edit > Preferences > SPS tab.

Server name/address**: s7sps1api.scene7.com
Email (IPS user ID): <<sample@scene7.com>>
Password (IPS): ******

**Do not include "http://" in the server name and address.
