Sometimes users see strange UI behaviors that are not specific to their logins. To resolve this, users need to clear Adobe Advertising Cloud cookies from the browser and log in again. In the browser, remove individual cookies that are from domain efrontier.com. Below steps show how to do that in Firefox.

2. Select Privacy, and click on "Remove Individual Cookies" link.

3. Type in efrontier.com in the Search box, select the cookies you want to remove, and click on "Remove Selected" button.
