Within rules or data elements, check the box for the item to be copied.

Data Elements and Rules can be copied to an existing web property. Tools and entire web properties cannot be copied to an existing web property. The copy feature is only available to admin users.
How to copy a rule or data element

Click Actions > Copy Rule.

Select the Company and Web Property for the rules to copy to.

Navigate to the property the rule was copied to. From there, activate and test the rule before publishing.
