How can a customer reset their password in Search & Promote?
A customer can reset their Search & Promote password at any time.
- SAAS platform
- Applicable on all S&P data centers OR1, LON5, and SIN2
- Go to the login page.
- Click "Forgot your password link."
- Enter the email address and click submit.
If you have lost or forgotten your password, fill in the email address you used to create your login and click the New Password button. An email with instructions to create a password is sent to you. You have to respond to the email within two hours or your request is canceled. For security purposes, your old password cannot be recovered.
