The upgrade license allows customers to upgrade from only one version back. For example, Acrobat 2017 customers are eligible to purchase and upgrade their license to Acrobat 2020.

Yes, Acrobat perpetual customers who meet the criteria for unpublished migration pricing (L17-L22) may qualify for special Value Incentive Plan (VIP) pricing. However, to qualify for L23, customers must have an active Upgrade Plan for at least 75 seats of Acrobat and migrate a minimum of 100 seats to Acrobat DC in VIP.
