Issue
When a font doesn't sync to the desktop, the following error message appears:
“Unable to sync one or more fonts.”
Solution
Click Retry to try syncing the fonts again. Make sure that your network connection is available, and that you can connect to typekit.com and successfully sign in with your Adobe ID on Adobe.com.
Additional information
The sync could have failed due to an interruption in your network connection, a problem connecting to Creative Cloud, or an account issue.
If the sync continues to fail, email Adobe at support@typekit.com.
