One or more of the following errors appears in your Creative Suite 5 or CS5.5 product installer log files:
These errors indicate problems reading or writing to Windows registry entries. To solve them, verify permissions to the registry key and then reinstall (see Solution 1). If that doesn't work, uninstall your Creative Suite 5 or CS5.5 product, run the CS5 Cleaner Tool, and reinstall (see Solution 2).
The registry key in the error messages appears immediately after "key:" or immediately after the error message. The parent registry key is the key immediately before the last key referenced in the error. In the example below, the parent directory is 00AB3F0724720E34E9C33DC2408D35F6.

Occasionally, renaming the key allows the installer to re-create the key and reset the permissions if the key is corrupted. If you can't change permissions or rename that key, contact Microsoft or your hardware vendor for assistance.
