Enable the classic reporting experience

Overview

Customers still reliant on the classic reporting environment can enable this option to allow users into that environment.

Existing scheduled reports are available until the classic environment is removed from service.

How it's used

When the option to allow users to access the classic reporting is enabled, users will have a link to switch to that environment. 

No further configuration or manipulation is required.

Best practices

Work to recreate classic reports in the new environment.

Train users that create reports in the new environment as soon as possible.

Configuration

Availability:

The classic reporting switch is available for business and enterprise license plans.

Configuration scope:

The classic reporting environment controls can be enabled at the account level only.

The controls for this feature can be assessed by navigating to Report Settings > Classic Report Settings

When the setting is enabled, users will see the switch link on the Reports page, allowing them access to the classic environment:

Things to know

The classic reporting interface is scheduled to be removed from service entirely in the March 2024 release.

Customers are strongly urged to recreate their reporting in the new environment as soon as is practical.
