Correspondence Management - Limitations in copy paste text formatting

Issue

The formatting of the copy pasted text in Correspondence Management has the following constraints:

  • Rich contents such as images and tables do not get pasted.
  • If text with font or font size that is not available in Correspondence Management is pasted, the text editor retains the font and font size but the font and font size drop downs display "Select."
  • List bullets that are not available in Correspondence Management, change to default bullets when pasted.
  • Any formatting that is not available in Correspondence Management may get removed on paste, such as:
    • Background color
    • Strikethrough
    • First-line indent on paragraphs
  • Copying formatted content from PDF is not fully supported. If pasted, the applied styles may not be retained.
  • There are known issues in copy paste while using Correspondence Management in Internet Explorer. You may lose some formatting and style while pasting in IE.
