- Connect the client instance and go to the following path:
Administration => Campaign Management => Non Deliverables and Addresses
- You can verify if the email address already exists before creating a new one.
- Once you have confirmed that the email address is not already blacklisted you can create the record by adding the email address with status blacklisted.
- Don't forget to add the ticket ID in the Error Text.
- Save the record.
