The Direct Mail channel allows users to extract a segmented list of recipients to be sent to an agency or uploaded to a SFTP server. This video explains how to configure a direct mail delivery and what settings are required in order to be able to add a profile to a direct mail delivery.

The channel is available from the Home Page and within the workflow view to define cohesive, cross-channel marketing strategies. Below is an example workflow, which includes the Direct Mail activity.
