Learn how to change or reset your Report & Analytics account password
- Users can click 'Forgot password' link on the Login screen to get their password reset.
- If the 'Forgot password' link doesn't work for the user, they can reach out to any Reports & Analytics Admin user within the Organization.
- Navigate to Admin -> User Management -> Users.
- Under Users section search for the user and click Edit.
- Enter new password for user in 'Change Password:' and "Conform Password:" fields.
- Click 'Save Changes'.
