What time during the day should I expect to receive my Audience Manager outbound destination files?

Environment

Audience Manager

At what time during the day should I expect to receive my Audience Manager destination files?

Audience Manager sends data files to the various destination recipients once a day. There are several factors that determine the processing time for the data files, such as amount of data, and other processes running on the servers. The processes are kicked off early morning, usually between 5AM and 8AM EST, and can sometime take up to 12 hours to complete.

Usually, the destination files are delivered around the same time every day. However, if the processing takes longer, it may be delayed. If you don’t receive the files within 24 hours of the expected time, contact your consultant or Adobe Customer Support team.

Also please note we need to distinguish between Real-Time and Batch outbound destinations. Real-Time are likely to be just a couple of hours after mapping the relevant segments while Batch can take between up to 24 hours and we tend to start troubleshooting data delivery after 48 hours.

File processing and delivery takes place once per day, at approximately 14:00 UTC. Keep in mind that processing and delivery are affected by the total number and size of these files - See https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/aam/c_reporting_file_transfer_timeframe.html
