AEM Classic User Admin UI displays "page 1 of unknown"

The AEM Classic UI /useradmin screen shows Page 1 of unknown on the bottom left of the screen for paging.

Resolution

This is by design.  Since an AEM instance could have hundreds of millions of users, the UI doesn't display the total number of pages.
