Set caching time | S7info responses

Issue

When I update InfoPanel Rollovers, the changes don't appear right away, is it cached? How do I set the caching time to live (TTL) for s7info responses?

Solution

You can set the response time to live (TTL) by double-clicking the catalog, and going to the InfoPanel setup section.

Make sure to set the number to something greater than zero, to take advantage of performance gains of CDN caching.

Also, based on the rollover key, you can clear a URL manually. Here is the URL structure:

http://s7infoX.scene7.com/s7info/s7/SPSCompanyName/catalogName/KeyID (where X is 1 for America, 2 for Europe).
