The ZIP file included here contains files for the talking-head videos. There are several kinds of files included:

* The .PRPROJ file contains a project with the video clips and captions in English.
* The .TXT and .SRT files include English captions. Modifying these files should modify what appears in the project.
* Movie clips (.MOV or .MP4 files) are the original videos in English without captions

If the PRPROJ file contains an extra video clip at the end, that is likely to be a re-shot version of an earlier video. You can compare this to the English versions of the captioned files to see which version of the step instructions is intended to be used.
